1. Returns

- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on customized, made-to-order, or clearance items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Process

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds
